By accessing Comma, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment Services
Comma facilitates payment recording and tracking. We are not a bank. All financial transactions handled through integrations are processed by our licensed third-party banking partners in strict accordance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. We do not hold user funds directly.
Intellectual Property
The Comma platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of Topupmate Technology Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.
Privacy & Data Usage
Your privacy is paramount. Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined therein.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Comma at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
